Where transformation begins with a single punch.
I wasn’t always the 100 Round Southern Champ. Not long ago, I was a man buried under the weight—literally and mentally—of a life that had lost its fight. Depression hit hard. My body ballooned. My spirit flatlined. I spent too long in silence, too long waiting for change to find me… until I realized I had to become the storm.
On January 26, 2025, my son and I survived a car accident that could’ve—and by all odds should’ve—ended everything. Our vehicle flipped into a freezing creek. That night became my baptism. My rebirth. I carried my son out of the wreckage and left the old version of me behind in the water.
Since then, I’ve shed over 50 pounds, built a new body through boxing, and reignited my soul through purpose. My life verse keeps me grounded:
“Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air.” —1 Corinthians 9:26
Like Paul, I don’t train without direction. I fight with divine purpose. And I’m here to help you do the same.
